Bearing closed an oversubscribed $4.5 million seed round to accelerate product development and expand its team. The company is building physical security operations software natively on ServiceNow, using AI agents and workflow automation to streamline how enterprises run security across facilities, OT, and physical infrastructure.
The round was led by AZ-VC, with continued investment from High Alpha and participation from PHX Ventures and Lightbank. The focus: unify physical security with corporate security functions and plug those workflows directly into the enterprise system of record.
