Wealth Management Firm BetaNXT Launches Production AI Platform
BetaNXT announced InsightX, an enterprise AI platform designed to embed automation and analytics directly into wealth management workflows. The New York-based company also launched an accelerator program that promises to deliver production-ready AI solutions in three months.
InsightX combines domain-specific data models with built-in governance and auditability-features required in regulated financial environments. The platform connects via API to existing tools or operates through three BetaNXT products: Data Studio for custom dashboards, Compass for natural-language queries, and Solutions Hub for pre-built solutions.
Moving Beyond Pilots
Wealth management firms have spent years testing AI in isolated pilots. The challenge now is integrating these tools into daily operations without disrupting how advisors and operations teams actually work.
InsightX addresses this by building on domain expertise rather than applying generic models. The platform includes full transparency into its methodology and data sources, creating an auditable trail-a requirement for compliance officers reviewing AI decisions.
BetaNXT CEO Bob Santella said the company is responding to client demands: "Figuring out how to integrate AI smoothly into day-to-day operations, advisor interactions, and leadership decisions is the key to unlocking AI's full potential."
The Innovation Lab
BetaNXT's new AI Innovation Lab accelerates deployment by helping firms move concepts to production quickly. The three-month timeline compresses what typically takes longer at large organizations.
The lab targets firms across the wealth management spectrum: boutique asset managers optimizing distribution, large broker-dealers enhancing advisor support, and corporate issuers focusing on investor engagement.
Why This Matters for Managers
AI adoption in wealth management has stalled at the pilot stage in many firms. Technical teams build proofs of concept, but operations teams struggle to integrate them into real workflows.
InsightX treats governance and auditability as core features, not afterthoughts. This approach reduces friction between technology and compliance-two groups that typically clash on AI projects.
For managers evaluating AI platforms, the distinction matters. Generic AI tools require heavy customization and governance work. Purpose-built platforms for regulated industries come with these controls already embedded.
