Beyond the hype: Hospitality Tech360 puts leadership, AI and teams first

Hospitality Tech360 puts leadership, AI and people at the center of hospitality tech

Hospitality Tech360 lands at ExCeL London from 30 March to 1 April 2026 with a simple filter: technology has to work for operators and their teams. It's built for leaders under pressure-labour constraints, tight margins, and sprawling tech stacks-and it focuses on what actually drives performance.

Running within Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, this new event creates a dedicated home for hospitality technology, digital strategy and leadership. Alongside an expert-led seminar programme, it will feature suppliers across AI, EPOS, workforce management, payments, guest experience, data and sustainability-reflecting how decisions now cut across functions, not silos.

Leadership, AI and commercial reality

The Hospitality Leaders Forum brings senior operators together to connect technology with decision-making and P&L outcomes. Speakers include Gavin Smith (CEO, Pizza Pilgrims), Sarah Pope (CIO and IT Director, Big Table Group), Shereen Ritchie (CEO, Kuvi), Tim Doubleday (CFO, Burger King UK) and Tom James (Managing Director, Bill's Restaurants).

Expect sessions on digital leadership, kitchen innovation that improves throughput and quality, and the women leading the next wave of hospitality tech. The aim is candid, practical discussion-not glossy slides.

AI, without the hype

AI is treated as a tool, not a headline. Georgia Lewis Anderson will share how to design AI interactions that feel natural, useful and on brand-so guests and teams trust the outputs. Tommy Giraux (Head of Restaurant Systems, Honest Burgers) will break down AI forecasting for operators who care about accuracy, staffing and inventory, not buzzwords.

Simone Puorto (Hospitality Net) adds a strategic lens: technology must create value for guests, teams and the business. A panel with Chris Fletcher (Tech on Toast), David Broom (CTO, Prezzo), Kieron Williams (IT Director, Brunning & Price) and Ross Pyres (Customer Technology Director, PizzaExpress) will compare bespoke tech stacks with off-the-shelf platforms-where integration pays off, and where it doesn't.

From strategy to systems on the ground

The Tech Talks Theatre looks at implementation. Thomas Texido (Operations Manager, Casa do Frango) will show how well-connected systems support daily performance. Gregers Knudsen (Co-founder and CEO, Monotree) will tackle the biggest blocker of all: adoption. If the team hates the tool, the ROI never lands.

Marketing isn't ignored. Harry Jones (Head of Marketing, QVO Hospitality) will unpack how smart teams blend digital tools with human touch to build trust and word-of-mouth. Sessions across both stages are moderated by Jo Lynch (KAM), tying tech to operations and guest experience end to end.

What you'll see on the floor

The exhibition brings together providers across the full stack. You'll find practical tools you can deploy now-many already proven in groups and independents alike.

  • Payments, EPOS and ordering: Square, Tevalis, Vita Mojo, Sunday
  • Workforce and AI-driven operations: Workforce.com, Shiftie, Stampede AI
  • Data, forecasting and finance: Tenzo, Orion's Plan, iplicit
  • Sustainability, supply chain and efficiency: Foodsteps, Crunchtime

From AI and business intelligence to guest experience, revenue and waste reduction, the focus is on integrated solutions that cut friction for teams and guests.

Who should be there

  • CIOs, CTOs and IT leaders standardising stacks and integrations
  • Marketing and Guest Experience teams building trust and loyalty
  • People and Training teams improving adoption and frontline outcomes
  • Restaurant, pub and venue leaders who want tech that actually gets used

What you'll take back to the business

  • Lessons from operators on bespoke vs platform approaches (cost, speed, control, data flow)
  • Playbooks for adoption: onboarding, incentives, and change that sticks
  • Ways to connect kitchen tech, EPOS, workforce and reporting so teams move faster with fewer errors
  • Ideas to blend digital with human touch to grow advocacy and repeat visits
