CORRIDOR Launches AI Operations Manager with West Star Aviation

October 14, 2025 - Merrimack, N.H. CORRIDOR, a CAMP Systems product line, introduced AI Operations Manager, an AI-driven capability built to help aviation service centers and MROs plan maintenance with more certainty, improve customer experience, and deliver consistent outcomes.

West Star Aviation is the exclusive launch partner and will deploy the capability across its network to improve visit planning, shorten turnaround times, provision labor more effectively, and reduce unexpected issues during projects.

"The aviation industry is at an inflection point where predictive technologies will define competitive advantage. With AI Operations Manager, CAMP is leading that shift by helping our customers move to a more strategic, data-driven approach to maintenance," said Sean Lanagan, President and CEO, CAMP Systems International.

What Operations Leaders Can Expect

  • More accurate visit planning using predictive intelligence on tasks, parts, and labor.
  • Shorter and more reliable turnaround times.
  • Better labor provisioning and schedule adherence across shifts and facilities.
  • Fewer surprises during projects and more consistent quality.
  • Smarter utilization of bays, tooling, and assets informed by historical ERP data.

How It Works

AI Operations Manager applies patented models to an organization's historical ERP and work order data. It forecasts workload, flags risk, and recommends staffing and parts provisioning before a project starts-then updates plans as work progresses.

"Automation and AI are ushering in a new era in aviation maintenance. With our patented AI models, the AI Operations Manager ensures faster turnarounds, consistent quality, and smarter utilization of assets, all driven by a service center's own historical ERP data," said Peter Velikin, General Manager, CAMP Enterprise Information Systems.

Launch Partner: West Star Aviation

West Star will use AI Operations Manager across its operations to raise planning accuracy and throughput while keeping delivery promises on track.

"West Star Aviation is committed to embracing innovative approaches that improve our service offerings. This partnership with CORRIDOR enables us to accurately anticipate operational requirements, enhance efficiency, and uphold our promise of timely delivery to our customers," said Allen McReynolds, COO and President, West Star Aviation.

Metrics That Matter

  • Turnaround time (TAT) and schedule hit rate.
  • Labor utilization and overtime variance.
  • Work order variance (hours and cost) vs. plan.
  • Parts availability and forecast accuracy.
  • Rework/defect rate and quality holds.
  • WIP cycle time and bottleneck analysis by shop/discipline.

Implementation Considerations for Ops Teams

  • Data readiness: clean ERP/work order data, standardized task codes, and accurate routings.
  • Integration: connect CORRIDOR with ERP/MES, scheduling, and parts systems via APIs.
  • Workflow: embed recommendations into planner and crew-lead routines with clear exception paths.
  • Governance: define KPI baselines, model monitoring, and periodic plan-vs-actual reviews.
  • Change management: train planners, controllers, and shop leads; align incentives to schedule reliability and quality.
  • Compliance and security: ensure data access controls and audit trails meet regulatory expectations.
