Cosmo5 Enters DACH: AI-First Growth With Klickkonzept
Cosmo5 has launched as a new global marketing group headquartered in France. Emerging from the Labelium Group, it brings 23 specialist companies under one brand and a shared vision: "Future-First Marketing for the New Era of Intelligence."
The numbers matter for marketers: over 1,300 experts across 18 countries, annual revenue above €150 million, and nearly €2 billion in managed media. Clients include LEGO, LG, L'Oréal, Meta, Michelin, and Warner Bros. The group targets 10-15% annual growth through a mix of internal build and acquisitions.
What Cosmo5 Brings to Your Marketing
- Media: Precise growth across paid, earned, and owned channels-search, social, retail media, and programmatic.
- Commerce: Frictionless shopping journeys connecting digital and physical touchpoints.
- Creative: Bold ideas that earn attention and stay culturally relevant.
- Data: Real-time insights and analytics to drive personalized interactions and smarter decisions.
- Technology: The infrastructure for speed, scale, and consistent innovation across the stack.
"We are currently experiencing a phase in which artificial intelligence, data, and media convergence are changing the way people discover, experience, and interact with brands," says Fabian Ulitzka, CEO of Klickkonzept and Managing Director of Cosmo5 DACH. "Companies need to rethink their brand communication in an environment characterized by economic uncertainty, technological change, and changing consumer habits. Our goal is to provide them with guidance and support them in making informed decisions based on data."
Klickkonzept: Local Strength Meets Global Intelligence
As part of the global rebrand, Frankfurt-based Klickkonzept joins the Cosmo5 brand. The 50-person team has supported companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for 13 years, working with brands such as Alpha Industries & Selgros, B.Braun, and Sephora.
The agency runs an AI-first performance model spanning strategy, data intelligence, SEO/GEO, content, e-commerce optimization, technology integration, and training. The goal: help medium-sized companies learn faster, decide smarter, and create with more momentum.
Fabian Ulitzka adds: "The transformation brought about by artificial intelligence affects every industry and pushes the boundaries of what human performance alone can achieve. AI is a catalyst for unlocking human potential. But small and medium-sized enterprises in particular often lack resources and guidance. Our task is to remove limitations and harness this potential: with an AI-first mindset and the courage to see change as an opportunity. Cosmo5 makes it easier to share knowledge and resources for this purpose and to form international teams more quickly and flexibly. This allows projects for our customers to be implemented more efficiently and with direct access to global expertise."
Why This Matters for DACH Marketers
- Unified growth model: Paid, earned, owned, retail media, and programmatic run as one system-plan, activate, and measure under a single spine.
- First-party data advantage: Real-time analytics feed creative and media decisions without guesswork.
- Creative that moves: Culturally aware ideas backed by data signals, not opinions.
- Commerce everywhere: Connect storefronts, marketplaces, and offline touchpoints for consistent performance.
- Speed to outcomes: Shared global resources mean faster pilots, faster iteration, and clearer ROI.
Practical Next Steps
- Audit your data foundation and reporting across paid/earned/owned. Close gaps before scaling AI.
- Run controlled AI pilots in two areas: creative production (variants, UGC, localization) and media optimization (bidding, budget pacing).
- Tighten retail media, search, and social into one weekly performance workflow. Standardize naming and measurement.
- Upskill your team so AI fluency is baseline, not a bottleneck. Consider an AI certification for marketing specialists to accelerate adoption.
- If retail media is core, align on a common framework for attribution and incrementality. Useful primer from the IAB here: Retail Media resources.
