COTHM Pakistan and MindHYVE.ai™ Partner to Advance AI-Driven Hospitality Education

LAHORE, Pakistan - Oct. 25, 2025. The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM Pakistan) has signed an MoU with MindHYVE.ai™ to bring AI-driven learning to hospitality and tourism education across its national campus network.

ArthurAI™-MindHYVE's adaptive learning platform-will be rolled out in phases, starting with select campuses in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. The initial wave reaches 2,000 students and 150 faculty members, with a plan to scale across 16 campuses based on live performance data.

Why this matters for educators

  • Hospitality in Pakistan contributes over 6% of GDP and supports nearly four million jobs. Preparing students with AI-enabled skills raises job readiness and global competitiveness.
  • Global projections signal strong demand: the World Travel & Tourism Council expects significant job growth by 2030. See WTTC's research for context: WTTC.
  • Adaptive learning systems can lift outcomes. UNESCO reports AI can improve learner performance through personalization. Read more: UNESCO on AI in Education.

What ArthurAI™ brings into the classroom

  • Personalized learning paths for 12,000+ students across Pakistan, tuned to learner profile, language, and career goals.
  • AI-assisted course design that can cut lesson-planning time by up to 70%, freeing faculty for instruction and feedback.
  • Real-time analytics that track engagement and skill mastery, helping departments iterate quickly on curricula.
  • Localization and compliance modules for cultural fit and alignment with national education standards.

According to COTHM leadership, integrating AI at scale is about outcomes-graduates who meet employer expectations at home and abroad. MindHYVE.ai™ notes the partnership is built to deliver measurable gains in student engagement, educator efficiency, and institutional decision-making.

How the rollout will work

  • Faculty enablement: Training and support so instructors can use analytics, automate routine tasks, and build adaptive assessments.
  • Curriculum transformation: Embedding ArthurAI™'s personalization framework into existing courses and competency maps.
  • Performance analytics: Live dashboards to monitor engagement, progression, and instructional efficiency.

A joint governance council-chaired by Muhammad Jamil (Registrar, COTHM) and Jahanzeb Ahmed (VP Operations, MindHYVE.ai™ Pakistan)-will oversee academic alignment, ethics, and standards as the program scales nationally.

Metrics to watch

  • Lesson-planning hours saved per instructor per term
  • Student engagement and attendance trends
  • Skill mastery by module and cohort
  • Progression and completion rates across campuses
  • Language accessibility and student satisfaction scores

Action steps for education leaders

  • Identify courses where adaptive paths can directly impact placement rates and learner confidence.
  • Standardize data collection (engagement, mastery, outcomes) to enable clear feedback loops.
  • Run a tightly scoped pilot with faculty champions; publish short, transparent reports to build trust.
  • Build student-facing support: clear AI use policies, privacy guidelines, and quick-start tutorials.
  • Plan a phased scale-up tied to evidence from dashboards, not assumptions.
