CRC Group embeds AI directly into specialty insurance placement workflow

CRC Group, an independent wholesale specialty insurance distributor, has launched REDY INTEL, an AI for Insurance engine integrated into its REDY platform. The system turns data into real-time insights across the entire placement process, from initial risk assessment through carrier engagement.

The three core engines address specific bottlenecks in specialty insurance placement.

Risk Insights extracts exposure data faster

REDY INTEL automatically extracts and organizes key exposure information, allowing CRC teams to engage carriers more quickly. Retail partners receive faster turnaround times and more precise risk positioning.

Market Insights identifies competitive opportunities

The system analyzes CRC's dataset in real time to flag shifts in carrier appetite and identify the most competitive markets. This reduces manual research and improves hit ratios for retail partners seeking coverage options.

Placement Insights guides deal structure from the start

Using historical pricing and coverage data, REDY INTEL suggests optimal deal structures early in the process. Teams can anticipate likely terms, evaluate alternatives, and align placements with carrier appetite before submission.

Neil Kessler, CEO of CRC Specialty, said the platform shifts the distributor from leading in Data Analysis to leading in AI application. "We are embedding AI directly into the placement process so our teams and our retail partners can move with greater speed, precision, and confidence," he said.

The system runs within existing REDY workflows rather than requiring separate tools or processes.
