Doss Raises $55M to Expand AI Operations Platform for ERP Systems

Doss, an AI-powered operations platform, closed a $55 million Series B funding round led by Madrona Venture Group and Premji Invest Ltd. The company's platform sits between existing ERP and accounting systems to manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain workflows that traditional enterprise software doesn't fully handle.

Founded in 2022, Doss connects inventory, purchase orders, and supplier data with financial records stored in systems like QuickBooks and other enterprise tools. The platform uses machine learning to interpret data, update configurations, and generate forecasts and reports without replacing core financial infrastructure.

How It Works

Doss maintains a unified data model that synchronizes inventory levels, purchase orders, and financial records in near-real time. The system automatically generates purchase orders, reconciles inventory movements with financial entries, and updates rules based on observed activity.

Key capabilities include inventory tracking, demand planning, procurement management, and workflow automation. The platform aggregates operational and financial data into a consistent format for querying and visualization.

"We think of Doss as the ERP evolved," said co-founder and Chief Executive Wiley Jones. "Doss sits around your existing general ledger and systems to connect the flow of goods, dollars and data across your value chain without ripping anything out."

Target Market

The platform targets inventory-heavy businesses that manage procurement cycles, supplier relationships, and stock reconciliation. Companies extend functionality without migrating core systems or adopting entirely new enterprise software.

Doss integrates with third-party systems through data connectors and application programming interfaces rather than replacing them.

Funding and Investors

The Series B round included participation from Greyhound Capital, Commerce Ventures, Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, Mintaka, Pathlight VC, and 47th Street Partners. Karan Mehandru, managing director at Madrona, joined Doss' board.

Total funding now reaches at least $73 million. The company raised $18 million in a Series A round in April 2025.
