Earnix, a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Zelros, a Paris-based insurtech company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
This acquisition brings together Earnix’s predictive AI platform with Zelros’s generative AI recommendations engine. The combined technology enables insurance providers to deliver the right offer, at the right price, at the right time.
