Eslah views autonomous operations as the next step in operational efficiency. Automating procedures and using robotics aim to make ADNOC Gas’s operations safer and more efficient with less human intervention.

She is optimistic about the growing role of women in AI. With over half of UAE’s STEM graduates being women, she expects Emirati talent to move beyond project execution to leadership roles, policy development, and mentorship.
