Fexa Launches Multi-Agent AI Platform for Facilities Managers

Fexa announced FexaAI, a multi-agent platform designed for facilities managers overseeing hundreds or thousands of retail, grocery, and restaurant locations. The platform includes purpose-built AI agents that handle specific operational tasks, from work order creation to data retrieval across facilities management systems.

The company first introduced its Work Order Agent in October 2025. Early customers report 70-80% adoption rates among store teams and are resolving facility issues 25% faster while improving first-time fix rates by 71%.

How the Agents Work

The Work Order Agent guides store teams through creating detailed work orders by asking targeted questions upfront. This reduces unnecessary dispatches and repeat vendor visits. In pilots across 100+ locations, facilities managers recovered approximately 60 hours annually per location.

The Answers Agent lets operators search for information in plain language across work orders, assignments, invoices, and proposals. Results are scoped to user permissions and pulled from live data, allowing faster decision-making without waiting for manual reports.

Business Impact

For operations leaders managing margins and portfolio performance, the platform addresses three immediate needs:

  • Protect margins by reducing unnecessary dispatches and repeat vendor visits through cleaner work order intake
  • Give facilities managers instant access to operational data without relying on generated reports
  • Help lean teams scale by putting self-service tools in store operators' hands

Kurt Smith, CEO of Fexa, said customers are growing store counts nearly twice the industry average without adding headcount.

What's Coming

Fexa is developing additional agents focused on proactive alerting, guided approvals, and real-time decision support. The company plans to demonstrate the full platform at the ConnexFM National Conference in Orlando from April 19-22.
