Chatbots and AI agents now sit inside customer and internal workflows, which means they fall under record-keeping rules. "Machine-generated messages will be just as much a compliance concern as human ones," said George Tziahanas, VP of Compliance at Archive360.

AI workloads are hitting physical limits. Data centers need massive electrical capacity and cooling; policy choices will create regional winners and losers.
"Countries that cannot provide sufficient energy for data centers will fall behind in the global AI race," said Tziahanas. Plan for capacity constraints and longer lead times.
