FXBO Embeds BridgeWise AI Analysis Into Forex Broker CRM

FXBO, a customer relationship management platform for forex brokers, has integrated BridgeWise's AI asset analysis tool into its back-office system. The integration places automated market reports directly where brokers manage client accounts and retention workflows.

Brokers using FXBO can now deliver BridgeWise-generated analysis to clients in more than 15 languages through reports, messaging, and automated workflows. Neither company disclosed pricing, the number of brokers currently using the feature, or specific performance metrics.

CRM Platforms Race to Add AI Features

The partnership reflects a broader trend in the forex CRM market, where platforms compete by stacking integrations and automation tools. FXBO serves over 250 brokers and maintains more than 370 integrations across copy trading, prop trading, and payment processing.

Competitors are following similar paths. Techysquad integrated Acuity Trading's research terminal into its platform last year. Devexperts connected BridgeWise's Bridget chatbot to its trading assistant in May 2025. Fiboniq Technologies embedded Takeprofit Tech's social trading module in October 2025.

The forex CRM market now includes FXBO, B2CORE, AltimaCRM, Syntellicore, and smaller players, all competing on integration breadth and AI features.

BridgeWise Expands Across Brokerages

BridgeWise, an Israel-based firm founded in 2019, has built significant scale in the retail brokerage sector. The company raised $21 million in funding in 2024 and serves more than 35 million end users across 90 brokers and banks.

At Rakuten Securities, clients generated over three million AI-powered stock reports within 24 hours of launch. BridgeWise also powers the MidCapDiverse and Fundamental-AI portfolios on eToro.

The company uses smaller, vertically focused AI models designed for financial markets rather than general-purpose large language models, according to co-founder Dor Eligula. BridgeWise has invested in compliance and accuracy controls specific to financial analysis.

BridgeWise competes with TipRanks, another Israeli firm offering AI-based stock analysis, though TipRanks aggregates data from professional analysts rather than generating proprietary scores.

FXBO did not disclose whether the integration is available to all existing clients or only new subscribers, nor did either firm release commercial terms.
