GOODFOLIO Restructures Leadership to Focus on Enterprise AI That Works
GOODFOLIO, which builds and deploys AI systems for multinational enterprises, has reorganized its senior leadership team and refocused its strategy around solving specific business problems rather than deploying generalized AI tools.
The restructure elevates four executives to company-wide roles while maintaining their leadership of subsidiary companies. The new leadership team collectively brings experience from Nestlé, Unilever, P&G, Bloomberg, and DHL-companies where they managed large-scale AI and business operations.
New Leadership Roles
- Gary Bonilla, Chief Strategy Officer: Transformation strategist with experience at Nestlé, Unilever, P&G, Nickelodeon, and Saatchi and Saatchi.
- Max Ward, Chief Commercial Officer: Series A founder in AI with 30 years of enterprise business development across Asia and the Middle East, including previous roles at DHL.
- Phil Clements, Chief Platform Officer: Finance specialist with over 10 years of experience at Bloomberg and Record. He holds CAIA UK Executive and CFA UK Committee Member credentials.
- Simon Thompson, Chief Data Officer: Led AI teams and delivered data solutions across multiple industries.
The restructure allows GOODFOLIO's two main products-Finspector, a financial marketing compliance platform, and GoodMora, a strategic intelligence platform-to share underlying infrastructure and benefit from unified business strategy.
CEO Omid Pakseresht said the realignment focuses the company on "building and deploying AI systems that solve real problems in enterprise environments" rather than pursuing broader applications. He added that the structure strengthens collaboration across GOODFOLIO's multiple AI systems and maximizes shared impact for each client.
The move reflects a broader market shift. Many organizations report AI fatigue from tools misaligned with their actual needs, according to the company.
