Three PR Firms Launch AI Tools for Enterprise and Small Business

History Factory, a corporate heritage management firm, released Chroniqle, an AI platform designed to search company archives and answer questions about institutional history. The platform works with analog and digital records, then cross-checks sources before responding to user queries. Powered by Anthropic and Google's AI models, Chroniqle adds a proprietary layer to maintain the structure of complex corporate assets.

Clients include The Boston Beer Company, Caterpillar, Southwest Airlines, and Verizon. LeeAnne Lang, legacy communications manager at Bechtel, said the platform has changed how her team accesses institutional knowledge. "We rely on it because it's inherently trustworthy-it provides a clear trail back to the original source and, crucially, knows its own limits," Lang said.

McLean Media unveiled Press Hustle at South by Southwest 2026, a platform that guides small businesses and creators through the full PR process. The tool helps users identify newsworthy stories, build media lists, and pitch journalists. Finalized press releases publish through Boardroom Buzz, Press Hustle's news partner.

The platform includes an AI-powered press release builder, a library of PR video courses, templates, 25 free media list contacts, and a branded media kit. Press Hustle opens to all users in Q2 2026. Natalie Heiter, co-founder of Lofty Pops and an early user, said the platform removed the overwhelm from handling PR independently.

InnoVision Marketing Group created a digital series called "The Fundamentals of Success," featuring CEO Ric Militi discussing five core behaviors tied to professional success: extraordinary communication, detail obsession, grit, enthusiasm, and humility. The agency records these weekly companywide meetings and converts them into short-form videos for social media.

The series aims to start conversations about the principles underlying sustained success in business. Videos are available at no cost.
