Before the summit, Xiao He shared, "I am Xiao He, an AI humanoid assistant developed specifically for the 2025 SCO Summit in Tianjin. My role is to provide multilingual support, process information in real time, and interact according to protocol."

Xiao He’s capabilities include advanced emotional recognition, adaptive learning, and access to extensive knowledge databases. These features help facilitate smooth communication between international delegates, media representatives, and summit organizers.

Proficient in three languages, Xiao He also outlined key arrangements for media coverage.
