HumanX AI Conference Returns to Las Vegas in 2027 With 9,000 Attendees
The third edition of HumanX will take place March 7-10, 2027, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, expanding from 6,500 attendees at its San Francisco gathering last year to over 9,000 participants, organizers announced.
The event will feature 350+ speakers, 400+ sponsors, and 450+ credentialed media members. Stefan Weitz, co-founder and CEO of HumanX, said attendees voted for Las Vegas as their preferred location.
"Las Vegas in 2027 is where that ecosystem comes together in person, at a scale that reflects just how far and how fast this industry has come," Weitz said. "When 9,000 of the most important people in AI are in one room, the ripple effects go far beyond those four days."
What This Means for Venue Operations
For hospitality and events professionals, the move signals a shift in how AI conferences operate at scale. Mandalay Bay will host interactive discussions, live product demonstrations, and networking sessions designed around the needs of enterprise leaders, founders, investors, and policymakers.
Stephanie Glanzer, chief sales officer and senior vice president of MGM Resorts International, said the property sees HumanX as a flagship event. "We don't just host large-scale gatherings - we pour everything we have into making them unforgettable," Glanzer said.
The decision to return to Las Vegas positions AI conferences alongside other major industry gatherings like Money20/20, HLTH, and CES, suggesting the sector has matured beyond startup-phase events.
Event Growth Trajectory
HumanX debuted in Las Vegas in 2024 with 3,500 attendees, moved to San Francisco for its second year with 6,500 participants, and now returns to Las Vegas with 9,000+ expected. The organizers describe the event as operating year-round as a network connecting founders, enterprises, investors, researchers, and policymakers.
