IBM Launches Power11 Servers to Streamline AI Operations
IBM has introduced its latest Power11 servers, built to simplify AI tasks for enterprises while ensuring continuous operations and flexible deployment options. These servers are engineered to support hybrid cloud environments, whether on-premises or via IBM Cloud.

Power11 delivers up to 55% better core performance compared to the Power9 generation. Entry and mid-range systems also support up to 45% more capacity with higher core counts than their Power10 counterparts.
Additionally, Power11 supports the IBM Spyre Accelerator, a dedicated system-on-a-chip designed for AI-intensive inference workloads. This accelerator is part of IBM’s broader enterprise systems portfolio, including Power11, IBM z17, and LinuxONE 5, enabling scalable AI across hybrid cloud setups.

IBM plans to make the Power11 servers available starting 25 July 2025. The IBM Spyre Accelerator will follow in the last quarter of 2025.
