Incora and Infosys Team Up to Scale AI-Enabled Supply Chain Operations

FORT WORTH, Texas and BENGALURU, India - March 10, 2026. Incora and Infosys announced a multi-year collaboration to bring AI across Incora's global supply chain, spanning more than 60 countries. The initiative pairs Incora's aerospace and defense supply chain expertise with Infosys' AI-first platforms to drive faster, more accurate, and more resilient operations.

The rollout centers on Infosys Topaz and the Infosys EdgeVerve AI Next Platform. Together, they will integrate with Incora's multi-ERP environment and improve visibility, accuracy, and responsiveness across core workflows-without disrupting day-to-day operations.

What the partnership delivers

Infosys will design and deploy a non-intrusive AI layer that harmonizes data and processes across Incora's systems. The goal: orchestrate a complex, multi-system landscape, reduce operational friction, and enable faster, more informed decisions across the enterprise.

"Infosys brings proven leadership in AI and large-scale digital transformation," said Hari Kumar Rajendran, Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Incora. "This alliance allows us to apply advanced AI capabilities in a practical, enterprise-wide way."

"Supply chain transformation at this scale requires deep industry expertise and a strong AI foundation," said Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing at Infosys. "By applying Infosys Topaz and the EdgeVerve AI Next Platform, we're working with Incora to reduce operational friction and improve decision-making across its global enterprise."

Why operations leaders should care

  • Data harmonization without disruption: A non-intrusive AI layer standardizes and connects data across multiple ERPs while keeping daily operations running.
  • End-to-end visibility: AI-enabled insights surface status, risks, and bottlenecks earlier across sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Decision speed and accuracy: Teams get recommendations and context faster, improving service levels and response times.
  • Scalable model: Built to operate across 60+ countries and complex system landscapes-useful for enterprises with similar global footprints.

How this likely rolls out

  • Start with high-value workflows (e.g., data harmonization, order orchestration, supplier updates) to prove impact quickly.
  • Layer AI on top of existing ERPs and systems-no rip-and-replace-then expand use cases as data quality improves.
  • Measure impact continuously across speed-to-decision, exception resolution time, and plan vs. actual performance.

Practical next steps for Ops teams

  • Map critical data sources across ERPs and planning tools; define golden records and ownership.
  • Prioritize 2-3 workflows with clear ROI (forecast-to-fulfill visibility, order exceptions, supplier updates).
  • Establish a lightweight governance model for data quality, model oversight, and change management.
  • Baseline metrics now-cycle times, fill rates, inventory turns-so AI-driven gains are provable.

The bigger picture

This collaboration signals a wider shift to AI-enabled operating models that work with legacy systems and fragmented data. For aerospace and defense, where precision and reliability matter, this approach sets a practical path to scale AI without pausing operations.
