Infosys Acquires Optimum Healthcare IT to Expand Provider Services
Infosys announced a definitive agreement to acquire Optimum Healthcare IT, a healthcare consulting firm recognized for digital transformation work with provider organizations. The deal closes during the first quarter of fiscal 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
Optimum Healthcare IT specializes in advising health systems and hospitals on large-scale transformation projects. The firm is an Elite ServiceNow partner and won the 2026 ServiceNow Partner of the Year Award. It also holds Premier AWS partner status and works with Workday and Microsoft Azure.
What Infosys Gets

Leadership Continuity
Gene Scheurer and Jason Mabry, Optimum's co-founders and current leaders, remain with the company. Scheurer said the partnership with Infosys accelerates growth while maintaining the service model and healthcare focus clients expect.
Salil Parekh, Infosys' CEO, said combining Optimum's provider experience with Infosys' AI and cloud platforms creates a differentiated offering for healthcare systems pursuing end-to-end digital transformation.
