Innocean's Strategic Focus on AI and Creative Innovation

Innocean, a leading marketing solutions provider based in Korea, highlighted its commitment to artificial intelligence and creative innovation during its 2025 Innotion Analyst Day held in Seongsu-dong, eastern Seoul. The event brought together analysts from top securities firms to discuss the company’s future direction.

Chief Financial Officer Shin Seung-ho emphasized that AI will be a key factor in driving Innocean’s growth over the mid- to long-term. “We are currently using AI to improve internal operations and prepare for business expansion,” Shin shared. “This approach will enhance management efficiency and enable us to offer advanced consumer experience solutions.”

Building AI Capabilities for Future Growth

Central to this strategy is Innocean’s AI solution team, formed in March. Their focus is on applying generative AI to create tools that prioritize consumer needs. Since 2024, the team has partnered with around 20 global companies to build expertise and plans to pilot an AI-driven business model in 2026.

The company aims to generate full-scale AI business value starting in 2027. Until then, Innocean is working on smaller projects to gain practical experience and refine its approach.

Creative Innovation as a Growth Driver

Alongside AI, Innocean’s creative division remains a core pillar of growth. Chief Creative Officer Kim Jung-a highlighted the success of the "Night Fishing" campaign for Hyundai Motor’s Ioniq 5 SUV—a 13-minute mystery-thriller style advertisement.

This campaign earned the Grand Prix at the Cannes International Advertising Festival in June, blending advertising, cinema, and cultural content in a unique way. “Following 'Night Fishing,' we’ve seen increased interest from various companies wanting to collaborate,” Kim noted. “Our creative capabilities offer significant value and appeal to investors.”

Expanding Beyond Traditional Marketing

Originally Hyundai Motor Group’s in-house advertising agency, Innocean has been broadening its scope beyond traditional marketing. The company is focusing on AI-driven solutions and creating cultural content, supported by international partnerships and a push for digital transformation.

This positions Innocean as a technology-enabled creative solutions provider on a global scale, combining marketing expertise with innovative AI tools.
