Dr. Walid Abbas Zaher is a Saudi scientist, Medical Doctor, and regenerative medicine expert. Dr. Hamed Al Hashemi, former Advisor to the Chairman and Head of Digital Health Strategy at the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi, led the development of Malaffi, and advanced regulatory frameworks for telemedicine, AI, and digital therapeutics. He also helped grow the region's healthtech ecosystem through startup incubation and AI pilots.
