Kuvi.ai Launches Private Beta of Agentic Finance OS Backed by $700,000 Seed Round

Toronto, ON, Aug 2, 2025 – Kuvi.ai, a platform advancing Agentic Finance, has closed a $700,000 seed round led by Moon Pursuit Capital. The strategic round has also expanded and is now oversubscribed, with key new investors including crypto veteran Michael Terpin of Transform Ventures and prominent Web3 educator Dennis Liu (VirtualBacon). This follows Kuvi.ai’s pre-seed round, which closed in just four days. The company’s valuation has doubled from $15 million to $30 million after this funding round.

The fresh capital supports the private beta launch of Kuvi.ai’s Agentic Finance Operating System (AF-OS), a next-generation interface enabling users to create, automate, and execute intricate financial strategies using natural language commands. Kuvi.ai eliminates the need for centralized exchanges, complex DeFi dashboards, or opaque robo-advisors, giving users more control and automation with precision.

Simplifying Digital Asset Transactions

Kuvi.ai offers an AI-driven crypto interface that makes digital asset transactions as simple as typing a message or speaking a few words. Its text-to-trade functionality removes the hassle of juggling multiple decentralized apps, bridging tools, or complicated trading platforms. Users can instruct Kuvi.ai to buy, sell, or swap tokens across different blockchains, and the platform handles the rest.

Unlike standard bots or chat wrappers, Kuvi.ai lets users define their financial intent with flexible commands. For example, a user might say, “Buy $1K in memecoins when sentiment spikes and gas fees are low, exit when BTC dominance rises,” and Kuvi.ai executes this strategy using its proprietary modular agentic framework.

Agentic Finance OS: A New Financial Interface

“Kuvi.ai is building the coordination layer for agentic value transfer,” said Dylan Dewdney, co-founder and CEO. The private beta is currently rolling out to early community members, investors, collaborators, and select OTC desks. It introduces “Executables,” smart automation tied to market conditions, cross-chain interactions, and real-time data.

Initial integrations include leading Solana-native protocols such as Raydium and Jupiter, with Ethereum and Bitcoin protocols set to follow soon. “This is not just a new product,” added co-founder and CTO Jay Nasr. “It’s a complete rethink of how humans interact with financial systems.”

With the private beta underway and the token generation event (TGE) expected in late summer or early fall 2025, Kuvi.ai plans to scale its user base, expand integrations, and grow its community. As Agentic Finance gains traction, Kuvi.ai aims to become the flagship operating system for a post-app financial landscape, allowing users to manage and grow wealth through intent-based interfaces.
