Kuvi.ai Launches Private Beta of Agentic Finance OS with $700K Seed Round Led by Moon Pursuit Capital
Kuvi.ai, a platform focused on Agentic Finance, has closed a $700,000 seed round led by Moon Pursuit Capital. The strategic round has also expanded and is now oversubscribed. Notable participants include crypto investor Michael Terpin of Transform Ventures and Web3 educator Dennis Liu (aka VirtualBacon). This follows an earlier pre-seed angel round that closed in just four days.
With the seed round closed and strategic investments ongoing, Kuvi.ai’s valuation has doubled from $15 million to $30 million.
Introducing the Agentic Finance Operating System (AF-OS)
The new funding enables Kuvi.ai to launch the private beta of its Agentic Finance Operating System (AF-OS). This interface lets users design, automate, and deploy complex financial strategies using natural language commands. It removes the need for centralized exchanges, complicated DeFi dashboards, or opaque robo-advisors, giving users more precision, automation, and control.
Kuvi.ai’s AI-driven interface simplifies digital asset transactions to the level of typing a message or speaking a few words. It offers text-to-trade functionality, eliminating the need to use multiple dApps, bridging solutions, or complex trading setups. Users can instruct the platform to buy, sell, or swap tokens across blockchains, and Kuvi.ai executes the commands.
Unlike pre-programmed bots, Kuvi.ai allows users to define specific financial intents. For example: “Buy $1K in memecoins when sentiment spikes and gas is low, exit when BTC dominance rises.” This is handled via a proprietary modular and functional agentic framework.
Smart Executables and Early Integrations
Kuvi.ai’s private beta is currently rolling out to early community members, investors, collaborators, and select OTC desks. It introduces “Executables,” smart automations tied to market conditions, cross-chain actions, and real-time data.
Initial integrations include Solana-native protocols such as Raydium and Jupiter. Ethereum and Bitcoin native protocols are expected to be added soon.
Vision for a New Financial Interface
“Kuvi.ai is building the coordination layer for agentic value transfer,” said co-founder and CEO Dylan Dewdney. Co-founder and CTO Jay Nasr added, “This is not just a new product. It’s a complete rethink of how humans interact with financial systems.”
With private beta underway and a tentative token generation event (TGE) planned for late summer or early fall 2025, Kuvi.ai aims to scale its user base, integrations, and community.
As Agentic Finance gains momentum, Kuvi.ai is positioned to become a leading OS in a post-app financial ecosystem, empowering users to manage and grow wealth through intent-based commands.
