Lawzana launches case management platform priced for small and mid-size law firms

Lawzana.com announced Lawzana Flow, an AI-powered case management platform built for law firms of all sizes. The system combines case tracking, client intake, and document review in a single interface, starting at $79 per user per month with no setup fees or seat minimums.

The legal technology market has historically split between expensive enterprise tools costing $30,000 or more and fragmented practice management software with minimal AI capabilities. Lawzana Flow targets the gap: solo practitioners, boutique practices, and growing firms that need AI tools without six-figure contracts.

What the platform does

The system handles three core functions:

  • Case management. Tracks matters, surfaces high-priority cases, flags potential conflicts, and manages deadlines automatically.
  • Client intake and conflict screening. Intake forms adapt to practice areas. New clients are screened against existing databases in seconds.
  • Document review and legal drafting. AI handles drafting, document assembly, research summaries, and memos in one place.

Most competitors add AI to existing software after the fact. Lawzana Flow was designed around operations first, with AI integrated throughout.

Market context

Seven in ten law firms have not adopted AI tools, according to the company. The barrier is price, not interest. Aurelien Bard, co-founder of Lawzana, said: "The AI revolution in law was being sold exclusively to the wealthiest 200 firms. We built Lawzana Flow for 200,000 other law firms."

Pilot firms reported faster intake, fewer data entry errors, and quicker turnaround from first client contact to case opening. Intake automation and document drafting showed the most impact.

Pricing and access

Lawzana Flow is available now at lawzana.com/flow. Pricing is transparent: $79 per user per month. No setup fees, no seat minimums, no per-matter charges. A 14-day free trial includes full platform access.

The platform integrates with Zapier and major document management systems. More integrations are planned for later in 2026.

Technical foundation

The platform includes SOC 2 Type II infrastructure, end-to-end encryption, role-based access, and full audit logs. Attorney-client privilege and state bar regulations are built into the system's data handling.

Lawzana's founding team spent four years building the company's legal marketing platform, which connects thousands of law firms with clients across 50+ countries. The team is based in Asia and includes co-founders from France and Spain.

What's next

The roadmap includes integrations with additional legal and practice management platforms, plus pre-built workflows and intake forms for 20+ practice areas including personal injury, family law, criminal, corporate, and immigration.

For managers evaluating tools for their firms, understanding how AI fits into daily workflows matters more than feature lists. AI for Management resources can help assess how these systems affect operations and team productivity.
