LiveRamp launches AI agents and expanded integrations for marketers
LiveRamp has released a set of AI tools that let autonomous agents plan, optimize spend, and measure campaigns with governed access to identity, segmentation, activation, and measurement data from 900+ partners.
The update also expands integrations by 25+ destinations, including a connection with Netflix, opening more activation and measurement options through trusted channels.
Agentic orchestration
The core update connects trillions of signals in LiveRamp's network to enable multi-agent collaboration across the campaign lifecycle. Brands can plug in their own or partner agents via APIs to coordinate delivery, mid-flight adjustments, and measurement while enforcing strict data permissions and sharing rules that meet internal AI policies.
According to LiveRamp's Head of Product, Matt Karasick, the effectiveness of agents depends on the data behind them. He noted that LiveRamp's interoperability and governance give teams the context and trusted data required to operate at AI speed across any agent framework.
Marketers manage identity, segmentation, activation, measurement, clean rooms, and insights from a single control point. LiveRamp is also promoting shared AI use cases to make deployments interoperable and auditable across the ecosystem.
AI-driven segmentation and search
A new segmentation flow lets you describe audiences in natural language. The system assembles precise segments by combining first-, second-, and third-party data, turning a process that once took days into minutes.
Search in the Data Marketplace now uses AI to surface high-value third-party segments faster, with a cleaner discovery experience. This shortens the path from audience discovery to activation.
Dstillery's Chief Commercial Officer, Evan Hills, said these updates make it easier to put third-party data to work for higher-performing audiences. Predactiv's Chief Product Officer, Michael Gorman, noted that LiveRamp's AI work streamlines access to leading solutions across the stack to improve results.
Extended network integrations
LiveRamp has added 25+ destinations, including Netflix, to broaden activation and measurement options and support more AI use cases. The network expansion strengthens governed data collaboration across channels and partners.
