Marketing Delivery has appointed Dave Mills as its new technology director to lead product strategy and advance the AI features within its VoiceBox digital marketing platform. Coming from CST Training, where he served as director of information technology, Mills will manage a development team and drive the rollout of next-generation AI tools aimed at helping retailers identify, qualify, and convert more sales and aftersales leads.
Joining alongside Mills is Stephanie Mackellow, who takes on the role of account executive. She will support client campaign setup and implementation during a period of strong company growth. Stephanie recently earned a first-class honours degree in marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
