MasterClass Launches Microsoft-Backed AI Leadership Course
MasterClass released a new certificate course on April 7 designed to teach business leaders how to implement AI across their organizations. Lead With AI: Adapt, Implement and Transform Your Organization was created with Microsoft and costs $299.
The course targets managers, executives, and organizational leaders who need practical guidance on AI adoption. Ten Microsoft executives-including the chief marketing officer for AI at Work and the chief product officer for Responsible AI-teach the material through video lessons, interactive readings, and skill-building projects.
What the Course Covers
Participants learn to identify AI opportunities in their workflows, build pilot programs that demonstrate measurable impact, and scale adoption across teams. The course concludes with a personalized AI transformation road map that learners can implement immediately.
The three core competencies are:
- Spot it: Identify AI opportunities that increase productivity and deliver measurable results
- Build it: Develop AI pilots that prove impact quickly and build organizational credibility
- Scale it: Create structures that sustain AI efficiency gains and drive cultural change
Microsoft leaders cover responsible AI practices and real-world implementation strategies drawn from the company's own experience moving from experimentation to business impact.
