SEATTLE - Feb. 27, 2026: Milliman MedInsight has appointed Iyibo Jack as Chief Product Officer. He steps into the role after serving as Principal and Executive Vice President of Product Development, bringing deep experience in healthcare analytics, product strategy, and client-focused delivery.
Jack succeeds Rich Moyer, Principal and former Chief Product Officer, whose leadership helped build MedInsight into a trusted analytics platform over more than two decades. Moyer will stay with Milliman, focusing on innovation efforts across the firm, including Global Health Analytics, vehicle telematics, and new machine learning applications.
What product teams should expect
Jack will lead MedInsight's product vision and roadmap with a focus on shipping practical, trustworthy analytics. Priorities include accelerating clinical data integration, embedding AI to improve client experiences and productivity, and expanding the MedInsight Health Cloud for scale, resilience, and reliability.
- Clinical data integration to reduce time from raw data to insight and support richer measures of cost and quality.
- AI embedded into workflows for faster answers, smarter recommendations, and less manual effort.
- Cloud-first capabilities that improve performance, uptime, and security at enterprise scale.
"Iyibo is a highly respected leader with a strong track record of turning complex healthcare data into clear, actionable intelligence," said Kent Sacia, CEO of Milliman MedInsight. "His experience with advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning positions MedInsight to continue delivering insights clients can trust as the industry changes."
During his time at MedInsight, Jack has helped define product strategy by centering on real healthcare needs and consistent user experience quality. His leadership through the move to the cloud set a foundation for AI-embedded intelligence that improves transparency, strengthens performance measurement, and draws more value from complex datasets.
"I'm honored to step into the CPO role," said Iyibo Jack. "As demand grows for more sophisticated analytics and AI-enabled insights, we'll apply these capabilities in practical, responsible ways that help clients understand cost, quality, and utilization-and make confident decisions that improve outcomes."

Takeaways for product development leaders
- Define your AI use cases by measurable outcomes: time-to-insight, accuracy gains, and user task completion. Tie each AI feature to a single metric you can improve within a quarter.
- Build trust into the product: explanations, source lineage, and verifiable outputs. If a model recommends an action, show the why and the data behind it.
- Treat data integration as a product: versioned contracts, latency SLAs, and automated quality checks. Bad inputs will erode every AI promise you make.
- Design "AI with supervision": human review for high-risk decisions, feedback loops to retrain, and clear escalation paths when confidence is low.
- Operationalize governance early: model monitoring, drift detection, access controls, and compliance guardrails aligned to healthcare standards like HIPAA (HHS HIPAA).
