Agriculture Tech Company Partners With Robotics Firm on Autonomous Ground Vehicles

Nature's Miracle Holding and DROMNI Intelligence Technology signed a memorandum of understanding this month to develop and deploy AI-powered autonomous ground vehicles across U.S. agriculture, energy, and industrial operations.

The partnership combines DROMNI's robotics expertise with Nature's Miracle's operational footprint and infrastructure. DROMNI builds unmanned ground vehicles with payload capacities between 80kg and 300kg, equipped with AI navigation and multi-vehicle coordination systems.

Where These Robots Will Work

The companies plan to pilot deployments in six areas:

  • Greenhouse and indoor farming automation
  • Material handling and logistics
  • Data center site inspection and security
  • Energy infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
  • Industrial facility automation
  • Emergency response operations

Tie "James" Li, chair and CEO of Nature's Miracle, said the collaboration expands the company's focus beyond agriculture. "Autonomous ground robotics will play a major role in the future of agriculture, energy infrastructure, logistics and AI-enabled industrial operations," Li said.

What Comes Next

The companies intend to evaluate U.S.-based assembly, testing, and demonstration facilities. They're also exploring joint commercialization strategies and potential future investment structures or joint ventures.

The MOU is not a binding agreement. Any formal deals will require further negotiation, due diligence, and regulatory approval.

The partnership may eventually include DROMNI's unmanned aerial vehicles for inspection, mapping, and monitoring work integrated with ground operations.

For operations professionals, this development signals growing adoption of autonomous systems in logistics, facility management, and industrial workflows.
