This creates a single, enterprise-grade solution for feedback collection, analysis, and action, all powered by AI. The deal unites Netigate, trusted by organizations like Spotify and Lufthansa, with Mopinion, used by brands such as Air France-KLM and Vodafone.

The consolidation addresses a clear need within the European market.
