NeuBird AI Raises $19.3M to Automate Enterprise Incident Response

NeuBird AI closed an oversubscribed funding round led by Xora Innovation to expand its autonomous agent platform for IT operations teams. The company will use the capital to accelerate product development and expand its sales efforts across enterprise DevOps, SRE, and IT operations teams managing complex multi-cloud infrastructure.

Existing investors Mayfield, StepStone Group, Prosperity7 Ventures, and M12 (Microsoft's venture fund) also participated in the round.

The Problem: Engineers Spend 40% of Time Fighting Fires

Operations teams face mounting pressure to maintain uptime while managing an overwhelming volume of alerts and logs. According to the 2026 State of Production Reliability and AI Adoption Report, engineers spend an average of 40% of their time managing incidents rather than building features.

Alert fatigue and insufficient automation are driving burnout. Nearly 80% of companies report that up to half of their on-call engineers show incident-related burnout symptoms.

NeuBird AI's platform addresses this by automating the entire incident lifecycle: detecting issues, performing root cause analysis, and executing remediation across infrastructure telemetry sources-without requiring manual engineer intervention.

What the Platform Does

The autonomous production ops agent reasons across multiple telemetry sources to correlate signals and deliver root cause analysis and remediation in real time. Unlike point solutions that reduce alert noise in isolation, NeuBird AI functions as a persistent expert engineer with full infrastructure context.

The company also announced NeuBird AI Falcon, its next-generation engine. Falcon extends the platform beyond incident resolution to include predictive risk detection and infrastructure cost optimization.

Early Traction in Production

Since becoming generally available in December 2024, NeuBird AI has moved from proof-of-concept deployments into production across a growing customer base. Customers have resolved over 1 million alerts, saved over $2 million in engineering hours, and achieved up to 90% reduction in mean time to resolution.

The company recently appointed Venkat Ramakrishnan as President and COO. Ramakrishnan previously led commercial scaling at Portworx from Series A through its acquisition.

Partnership Access

NeuBird AI earned AWS Generative AI Competency certifications in both Generative AI Applications and Infrastructure & Data. The company was also selected for the AWS Generative AI Accelerator and joined the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program, backed by M12.

These partnerships provide preferred access to enterprise customer networks on Azure and AWS as the company scales globally.
