Waterloo, ON - Oct. 6, 2025: OpenText (NASDAQ/TSX: OTEX) has appointed George Schindler to its board of directors. Schindler is the former President and CEO of CGI Inc. (2016-2024) and currently serves on CGI's board.

As CEO, he led CGI's profitable growth strategy and strengthened its position among global business and strategic IT consulting firms. His operator background spans enterprise, public sector, and services-led transformation at scale.
