Palangka Raya City Hospital Integrates AI for Enhanced Health Detection
The Palangka Raya City Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Central Kalimantan is introducing an AI-based device named Airdoc to improve the detection of patients' health conditions. This initiative marks a significant step toward more efficient diagnostic processes.
According to Abram Sidi Winasis, the hospital director, the Airdoc device analyzes patients' eyes to identify various diseases. The technology is expected to be operational by October, offering faster and more precise health assessments.
Faster, Accurate, and Accessible Healthcare
The goal is to provide modern, timely, and accurate medical services to a wider community segment. The hospital demonstrated its commitment to transparency and public engagement by allowing visitors to test the AI device during the Palangka Raya Fair 2025, held from July 16 to 19.
"We are committed to delivering healthcare services that directly meet the community's needs," said Winasis, emphasizing the hospitalβs focus on innovation combined with practical benefits.
