Picsart Opens Marketplace for AI Agents That Handle Creative Work End-to-End

Picsart opened a waitlist for its AI Agent Marketplace, offering creators access to specialized agents that manage complete creative workflows without requiring manual intervention at each step.

The platform lets creators direct AI agents through Picsart itself or through messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram. Creators brief the agents, review their work, and approve it-all from wherever they are.

The shift addresses a core problem for creators: spending hours executing tasks rather than making strategic decisions. Current AI tools still require creators to handle every phase-ideation, generation, editing, exporting, publishing. Picsart's agents work differently. They analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations without waiting for instruction at each stage.

"Creators have been stuck as the operator of every workflow-the one doing, not deciding," said Hovhannes Avoyan, Picsart's founder and CEO. "Our Agents change that relationship. You set direction, the agent builds a plan using real data, you approve, it executes."

Four Agents Launch This Week

Flair connects directly to online stores, learns the brand, and understands product catalogs. A creator can say "update the product photos from my summer collection" and Flair knows which products that includes. It transforms raw product photos into polished shots and videos, then publishes them back to the store in one click. Future versions will analyze store performance to identify underperforming products and recommend visual improvements.

Resize Pro adapts images and videos for any platform-TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or custom dimensions. Unlike basic cropping, it understands the scene, identifying subjects and generatively extending the frame so results look intentionally composed rather than mechanically cropped.

Remix applies a style across an entire content library at once. Describe a style-anime, cyberpunk, watercolor, vintage film-and it transforms every image to match. New files receive the same treatment automatically.

Swap replaces backgrounds in photos. It identifies the main subject and swaps the background to any setting a creator describes, useful for both creators seeking variety and merchants who need the same product shot in multiple contexts.

A Marketplace Model

Picsart built the initial agents, but the marketplace will also include agents from external creators. Creators can browse, hire, and manage multiple agents across workflows, scaling creative teams without adding headcount. All agents integrate with Picsart's editor, cloud storage, and Brand Kit, so they work within the context of existing projects and brand assets.

Picsart has 130 million monthly active users and serves as a hub for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and brands. The company acquired the domain Gen.ai before mainstream adoption and consolidated its most-used AI features into its Gen AI Studio. New agents will launch weekly.
