Dhan Parent Raise Financial Services Launches ‘Fuzz’: An AI Model for Serious Investors and Finance Professionals

Raise Financial Services, the parent company behind the stockbroking platform Dhan, is launching Fuzz, a new AI model focused exclusively on finance and markets. Built to assist serious investors and finance professionals, Fuzz processes large-scale, India-specific financial data to provide detailed, source-backed insights.

This AI tool goes beyond basic analysis by synthesising data from deep research, regulatory filings, and official financial sources. It is engineered to deliver insights that are timely, relevant, and nuanced, helping users make informed investment decisions.

What Sets Fuzz Apart?

  • India-Centric Data: Fuzz is trained on extensive India-focused financial datasets, ensuring relevance to the local market environment.
  • Real-Time Updates: It continuously ingests market data, news, company, and sector information to stay current.
  • Source-Backed Outputs: The model provides transparent, traceable information rather than generic responses.
  • Privacy & Compliance: User data remains within India, addressing privacy concerns and regulatory compliance.

Pravin Jadhav, founder of Dhan and former Paytm executive, confirmed that Fuzz was developed by a dedicated internal team of over a dozen experts. The AI platform will launch next month with a free tier, while premium plans will unlock advanced features.

Integration with Personal Financial Data

Fuzz will also connect with users’ financial portfolios and income tax returns to deliver personalised insights. This integration aims to provide a more tailored financial overview and actionable recommendations.

A beta version will soon be accessible via the dedicated website askfuzz.ai, with mobile applications expected by late 2025.

Raise Financial Services’ Growing AI Ecosystem

Fuzz adds to Raise’s expanding suite of AI tools already deployed across its platforms. Their AI systems currently manage:

  • Creation, curation, and summarisation of over 1,000 financial news articles daily.
  • Sentiment analysis covering approximately 2,500 listed companies—projected to grow to 7,500 by October 2025.
  • Customer support interactions, resolving 60% of queries with over 85% accuracy across Dhan and related apps.

Strong Growth Backing the Launch

Raise Financial Services recently secured $120-150 million in funding from Hornbill Capital and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), boosting its capacity for product development and market expansion.

Financially, the company reported a net profit of Rs 177 crore for FY24, rebounding from a Rs 26 crore loss in FY23, which signals solid operational momentum.

Dhan has demonstrated significant growth, becoming the tenth largest stockbroking app in India as of August 2024. It recently expanded its active user base by 3% to 960,668 clients.

Why This Matters for Finance Professionals

For professionals working in finance, Fuzz represents a specialised AI assistant that’s grounded in Indian market realities and regulatory environments. Its ability to provide contextual, source-backed insights can support more confident investment decisions and portfolio management.

Combining real-time data with personal financial information, Fuzz delivers a practical edge that generic AI models can’t match.
