R/GA Names Ben Cooper to Lead New AI Products Team
R/GA has established a global AI Products team focused on creating AI-driven solutions that help brands grow through innovative experiences and capabilities. To head this initiative, Ben Cooper has been appointed as Global Executive Director, AI Products. Cooper brings extensive experience working with senior brand leaders to develop strategies that integrate new technologies effectively. He reports directly to Michael Titshall, R/GA’s Global Head of AI Products.
This dedicated team combines expertise in AI consulting, design, and development, supported by a $50 million Innovation Fund. They draw on a track record of delivering over 100 AI products across leading tech companies, brands, and agencies. Cooper’s leadership builds on R/GA’s existing AI capabilities, leveraging global talent to accelerate AI product innovation.

He founded Brainstrust, collaborating with C-suite leaders on AI strategies for brands such as D&AD, Uber, and Google.
His background includes roles at M&C Saatchi’s Tricky Jigsaw, The Monkeys, and partnerships with BWS and Woolworths. Cooper also led The D&AD AI & Creativity Report 2025, an important study on how AI is reshaping the creative industry.
