Extensive Industry Experience

Spaulding began her career as a claims representative trainee after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University. She has held senior leadership roles, including divisional vice-president of claims, and worked as a consultant and global insurance expert advising C-level executives. Her expertise includes developing operating models and integrating AI and other technologies into insurer operations.
