Safe Pro Group Inc. to Deliver U.S.-Manufactured Ballistic Protection Gear in Q3 2025
Safe Pro Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAI) has secured a new order from a U.S. Government contractor supporting the Department of State’s landmine and explosive ordnance remediation efforts in the Indo-Asia Pacific region. The order includes U.S.-made ballistic and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) protective equipment, with deliveries planned for the third quarter of 2025.
Alongside the equipment delivery, Safe Pro will demonstrate its proprietary drone-powered AI platform, SpotlightAI™. This platform uses advanced computer vision technology to identify land mines and unexploded ordnance, providing critical operational support within the Pacific Rim theater.
Strategic Expansion to Support U.S. Indo-Pacific Command
Safe Pro’s SpotlightAI™ system has processed over 1.66 million battlefield images, primarily from Ukraine, contributing to the development of highly effective AI models. Following the passing of the FY 2026 One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), which allocates substantial funding for drone and AI capabilities, Safe Pro is expanding its operations to support the U.S. Department of Defense’s Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM).
USINDOPACOM oversees a vast area exceeding 100 million square miles and manages five major component commands, including the U.S. Pacific Fleet and U.S. Pacific Air Forces. The command is responsible for approximately 375,000 military and civilian personnel.
Safe Pro’s CEO emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting the DoD’s drone dominance initiatives enabled by new federal funding. The company’s AI and drone technologies are positioned to enhance mission effectiveness for U.S. armed forces in the Indo-Pacific region.
Advanced AI and Drone Technology Supporting Defense Operations
The OBBBA bill allocates up to $30 billion to advance drone and AI technologies within the Department of Defense. Safe Pro’s AI-driven drone imagery analysis platform can identify more than 150 types of landmines and unexploded ordnance in a fraction of a second per image, delivering timely and actionable intelligence.

The Safe Pro Object Threat Detection (SPOTD) technology supports rapid battlefield analysis and large-scale humanitarian demining operations worldwide. Its dataset includes over 1.66 million drone images and more than 28,000 identified threats across 6,705 hectares in Ukraine—an area comparable to Manhattan.
Integration with the U.S. Army’s Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) system is underway. This will allow real-time sharing of explosive threat detections from drone imagery across soldier-carried and vehicle-mounted devices, enhancing force protection and situational awareness.
