Samaya AI, a specialized artificial intelligence platform for financial services, has raised $43.5 million in a recent funding round. The financing was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and included participation from prominent figures such as Eric Schmidt, former CEO of Google; Yann LeCun, AI Turing Award winner; David Siegel, co-founder of Two Sigma; and Marty Chavez, Vice Chair at Sixth Street.
What Samaya AI Does
Samaya builds expert AI agents tailored for complex financial workflows. These agents tackle tasks ranging from investment research to client advisory and deal diligence. For example, they can autonomously synthesize sector-wide investment reports, generate investment presentations by analyzing proprietary documents, and provide instant answers to complex queries by reasoning over millions of real-time data sources. The platform grounds all outputs with verified evidence to ensure accuracy.

Use of Funding
The newly secured funds will accelerate product development and support market expansion. Samaya is also launching its latest AI agent, called Causal World Models.
