Signal AI Acquires Memo to Strengthen Reputation Measurement
Signal AI has acquired Memo, a platform that tracks article-level readership data directly from publishers. The deal integrates Memo's metrics into Signal AI's reputation and risk intelligence platform, giving communications and compliance officers clearer visibility into how stories about their brands perform.
Memo currently works with Google, Pepsi, Walmart, Keurig Dr. Pepper, and PayPal. The platform reveals exactly how many people read coverage of a brand at the article level-data that helps teams identify which narratives actually threaten their reputation versus those with limited reach.
Signal AI CEO David Benigson said the acquisition advances the company's goal of helping leaders "see clearly, decide confidently, and act boldly."
For PR and communications professionals, this matters because reputation teams often lack precise readership data. They know a story published, but not how widely it circulated. Memo fills that gap.
HAVAS Red Partners With Mexico City Agency
HAVAS Red, part of the HAVAS PR network, has formed a strategic partnership with Eureka&Co., a Mexico City-based agency. The deal pairs Eureka's local expertise with HAVAS Red's global scale and integrated media capabilities.
Eureka&Co. has served Google, Coca-Cola, Netflix, and Walmart since its founding in 2008. The partnership aims to strengthen HAVAS Red's ability to deliver integrated communications across Mexico and Latin America while giving Eureka clients access to HAVAS Red's global network.
HAVAS Red global CEO James Wright said the partnership combines "deep local expertise and seamless global collaboration."
High Lantern Webinar Addresses Mental Health Communications
High Lanterns Group is hosting a free webinar on March 30 about mental health communications strategy in the workplace. The session, led by managing director Katy Riddick, runs at 2 p.m. and explores how organizations can close the gap between mental health investments and actual employee utilization.
The webinar will cover why traditional mental health strategies underperform, how to reduce stigma and access barriers, and how to align communications with care delivery. Speakers include Dr. Debra Lerner and Dr. David Adler from Health and Productivity Sciences.
For communications teams responsible for internal messaging, this addresses a concrete problem: many mental health programs sit underused despite significant organizational investment.
