SIS Group of Schools Partners with Cambridge International Education to Expand Affordable International Learning in Indonesia

JAKARTA – SIS Group of Schools has teamed up with Cambridge International Education to enhance the accessibility of international education across Indonesia. This collaboration focuses on delivering quality education at a more affordable cost for a wider audience.

The partnership began after discussions between SIS Founder and Chairman Jaspal Sidhu and Cambridge’s Management Group Director Rod Smith. Following these talks, Cambridge conducted an independent assessment of several SIS schools in Indonesia.

Operational Efficiency Enables Cost Reduction Without Sacrificing Quality

The review highlighted SIS's smart operational strategies that optimize resource management and learning processes. By running schools efficiently, SIS can reduce costs while maintaining high educational standards.

Technology Integration Supports Students Without Replacing Teachers

SIS remains committed to equipping students with the latest technology tools. Jaspal Sidhu emphasized the importance of adopting technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) within the curriculum to support learning.

"AI compiles the best information available online and delivers instant insights for students," Jaspal explained. However, he stressed that technology is a support tool and does not replace the role of teachers.

Teachers play a crucial role in guiding students on how to ask the right questions and use AI effectively. This approach ensures students receive accurate and meaningful answers, reinforcing that human guidance remains central to education.

‘Half-Fees’ Model Makes International Education More Accessible

SIS has applied a 'Half-Fees' pricing model, recognized with an award, which lowers tuition fees significantly while keeping quality intact. This pricing strategy directly supports the goal of affordable international education.

By balancing operational efficiency and technology integration, SIS is forging a practical path for schools aiming to deliver high-quality education at reduced costs.
