Smarter, Greener, More Connected: AI and Digital Twins Take Center Stage at BIM World Munich
Artificial intelligence, including agentic AI, is changing how assets are planned, built, and operated. At BIM World Munich 2025, the Nemetschek Group will present practical AI, digital twin, and sustainability workflows built for the entire AEC/O lifecycle. The focus: measurable efficiency, better coordination, and data you can act on.
The event runs 26-27 November at the ICM - International Congress Center Messe München. Visit the Nemetschek Group at joint booth 9 (ground floor) with brands ALLPLAN, Bluebeam, CREM SOLUTIONS, dRofus, dTwin, Graphisoft, NEVARIS, Solibri, Spacewell, and Vectorworks (represented by ComputerWorks), plus the Nemetschek AI & Data Innovation Hub and start-up Imerso.
"We are proud to present the next generation of digital solutions for the construction industry. Our commitment to open standards, ethical and trustworthy AI, and real-world impact guides every product," said Yves Padrines, CEO of the Nemetschek Group.
Why it matters for owners, developers, contractors, and FM teams
- AI-assisted reviews and agent workflows help teams catch issues earlier, reduce RFIs, and shorten review cycles.
- Digital twins bring live operational data to planning and facility strategies, improving uptime and energy outcomes.
- OpenBIM and open standards improve handoffs between design, build, and operations, cutting data loss and rework.
- Sustainability moves from checklist to dashboard: materials, energy, and space-use insights stay connected across the lifecycle.
What to look for at the Nemetschek booth
- dTwin: Open digital twin platform demos and cross-discipline workflows.
- Bluebeam: New AI capabilities for reviews and productivity (Bluebeam MAX).
- ALLPLAN: Practical use of AI agents in day-to-day project work.
- Graphisoft: MEP Designer updates and strategic roadmap.
- Imerso: Scan/BIM comparison and as-built verification.
- Spacewell and CREM SOLUTIONS: CAFM plus energy and space synergy use cases.
