SUPERAGENT AI Releases 2.0 Platform With Unified Workflow for Insurance Agencies

SUPERAGENT AI released version 2.0 of its platform on May 5, consolidating five separate insurance agency functions-AI agents, phone systems, email delivery, quoting, and security-into a single application. The update includes over 2,600 changes built during the first quarter of 2026.

"Agencies no longer need to bolt AI onto legacy systems," said Vlada Lotkina, CEO of SUPERAGENT AI. "They can now provision compliant phone numbers, warm email domains, and deploy autonomous quoting capabilities within a single, unified environment."

What's New in Version 2.0

AI Agents and Quality Scoring. The platform routes inbound calls, manages outbound campaigns, handles renewals, and trains staff using a single AI architecture. All conversations-whether handled by AI or humans-receive a quality score on a 300-850 scale similar to FICO credit scores. The scoring evaluates eight competencies including discovery, rapport, and objection handling. The AI flags cross-sell opportunities during service calls.

Real-Time Quoting. AI agents can generate bound-ready ACORD 80 (homeowners) and ACORD 90 (auto) applications directly from phone conversations. The system applies state-specific underwriting rules and validates data in real-time, reducing manual entry work.

Managed Phone Numbers. Agencies can buy and provision phone numbers directly in the platform. The system handles Twilio A2P brand registration and implements A-level SHAKEN/STIR attestation, which displays outbound calls as verified to consumers.

Email Compliance. One-click domain setup, automated sender warming, and dedicated campaign inboxes come built in. The platform enforces CAN-SPAM, TCPA quiet hours, and Do-Not-Call scrubbing across all workflows.

Pre-Built Workflows. The platform includes templates for speed-to-lead outreach, cold calling, win-backs, cross-sells, and policy renewals. Agencies deploy these sequences without custom setup.

Early Adoption and Results

Andrew McGinnis, owner of McGinnis Insurance Services, said the platform reduced time spent on routine tasks. "The AI agents allow us to increase our inbound and outbound communications without adding hours to my team's day, giving them the ability to focus on tasks that directly drive our agency's growth."

Early users report consolidating multiple tools-dialers, training software, and quoting assistants-into the single platform.

Additional Features

Version 2.0 adds calendar integrations with Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com, and Calendly.com for autonomous appointment setting. The platform now includes specialized lead handling for dental and veterinary insurance.

SUPERAGENT 2.0 is available immediately for new and existing customers through their organization dashboards.

For professionals working in insurance operations, understanding how AI for Insurance applies to agency workflows-and how AI Agents & Automation reduce manual work-has become essential to competitive operations.
