Tranquility AI and Fivecast Partner to Speed Up Intelligence Analysis

Tranquility AI and Fivecast announced a partnership that integrates their platforms to help government and law enforcement agencies analyze open-source intelligence faster. The integration lets analysts ingest raw data from Fivecast's collection system and generate structured intelligence reports in seconds.

Tranquility AI's HelioTrace border-screening platform and TimePilot investigative tool will now accept Fivecast data directly. The combined system produces reports that summarize findings, identify themes, and flag potential risk indicators-all with links back to original sources.

The Problem They're Solving

Government and law enforcement agencies rely on open-source data to identify security threats and monitor criminal activity. The work is manual and slow. Analysts spend days or weeks reviewing social media posts, videos, and online interactions across multiple languages before producing a finished report.

Jim Penrose, Tranquility AI's founder and CEO, said the partnership addresses this bottleneck. "Open-source intelligence is one of the most powerful tools available to today's investigators, but it is also one of the most time-consuming to analyze at scale," he said.

What Agencies Get

Federal agencies can use the integration to investigate individuals who may pose national security risks. State and local law enforcement can generate leads, vet persons of interest, and uncover connections among gangs and criminal enterprises.

Existing Fivecast customers can add Tranquility's analysis capabilities to their current workflows without changing how they collect data.

Fivecast's co-founder and CEO, Dr Brenton Cooper, said the partnership helps agencies turn large-scale data collection into actionable reports. "The volume and complexity of online data can overwhelm even experienced analysts," he said.
