Vertiv Appoints Mike Giresi as Global CIO to Lead AI and Digital Strategy
Vertiv has named Mike Giresi as its new global Chief Information Officer, effective late June 2025. Giresi will focus on accelerating artificial intelligence adoption, strengthening cybersecurity and product security, and driving digital productivity across the company.

Mike Giresi’s Background
Giresi brings over 30 years of experience in senior IT and technology roles. Previously Chief Digital Officer at Molex, his career includes leadership positions at Aramark, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Tory Burch, Direct Brands, and Godiva Chocolatier. His expertise covers digital transformation and enterprise IT management.
He holds an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA in English and Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
