High Impact Review Article Writing Workshop Using AI Tools
KUALA LUMPUR, May 16 – The Faculty of Artificial Intelligence (FAI) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) recently held an online workshop titled FAI Academic Publishing 101: High-Impact Review Paper Using AI Tools. The session was led by Dr. Husna Hafiza R. Azami, a seasoned educator and AI expert specializing in academic publishing and data analysis.
The full-day workshop, conducted via Webex, attracted 145 participants: 44 UTM staff, 94 postgraduate students, and 7 external attendees from institutions including Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), and Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM).
What Writers Learned
The workshop focused on practical methods for writing high-impact review articles, especially useful for those targeting top-tier journals. Writers were introduced to strategies for organizing literature, synthesizing findings, and polishing manuscripts with the help of AI tools.
