Xicoia expands the Tilly-verse with new creative roles as AI entertainment ambitions grow
Xicoia, the AI talent studio behind synthetic creator Tilly Norwood, is ramping up hiring to grow its "Tilly-verse" and broaden its slate of AI-first entertainment projects. Per reporting from The Hollywood Reporter, the studio has listed nine new roles to drive the next phase of digital characters, experimental formats, and fast-turn productions.
Founded by Particle6 and led by Tilly's creator Eline van der Velden, the studio is openly countering the fear that AI wipes out creative work. "There's a lot being said about how AI is taking people's jobs, but we are creating new jobs," she said.
Among the openings: a junior comedy writer to punch up scripts, dialogue, and comedic style across a roster of avatars, including the increasingly popular Tilly Norwood. Other roles focus on bringing in creators and strategists comfortable with the "delightful chaos" of an expanding digital universe.
