AI Trainer - Remote Writing Trainer (Yorkshire, Remote)

What You'll Do
- Think like a user and create natural, real-world prompts you'd actually use.
- Review and rank responses from large language models, then explain your reasoning clearly.
- Jump across projects based on your skills and experience.
What We're Looking For
- Analytical and problem-solving: Build complex prompts and evaluate nuanced reasoning.
- Strong writing: Clear, concise, engaging explanations and critiques.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to assess technical aspects of outputs.
- Nice to have: Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology; editorial or writing roles (content strategist, technical writer, editor); interest in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
Pay & Logistics
- Base rate (by location): US $16.07, GB £13.30 GBP, CA $20.50 CAD, AU $26.25 AUD, IE €14.60 EUR, NZ $26.00 NZD
- Bonuses: Additional pay based on project performance.
- Type: Freelance/1099 contract - not an internship.
- Location: 100% remote (role listed for Yorkshire; you work from anywhere you're authorized).
- Schedule: Flexible hours - you choose when and how much to work.
- Payouts: Weekly via Outlier's secure platform.
