AI agent for field service technicians
Backflow and Cross-Connection Test Tracker Agent
Keep every device tested on time and filed with the water authority.
What it does
Commercial customers have backflow devices that need a test every year, and a missed test brings a violation notice. This agent lists every device with its due date, books the visits, collects the test results you enter, and checks the readings against the pass limits for the device type. A failed device triggers a repair quote and a retest booking. It also compiles the report in the format the water authority wants. You approve the report before it is filed. Edge case: a device passes check valve 1 but fails check valve 2, and the agent proposes a repair kit and a retest.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
